Not necessarily the default ones but there are a number of LFS branded skins that are better then default.

MacBook? Hells Ya! My sister has a 13 (or 11?) inch one and its fantastic. I can't convince her to put windows on it, but I "borrowed" it to a Blender render and it was very fast, better than our Power Mac G5. Games should work, not fantasticly but they should work well.

Macs are also known in the graphics industry for doing fantastic graphic work btw.

Can anyone help me with Vegas 7.0? I can't find the buttons to fade in and out audio or video, cutting an audio or video clip, to add one or more camera angles, or how to speed up or slow down a clip. can someone help me please?

EDIT: and whats an aspect ratios and such?

thats sort of what I meant. As I was 30 mins into a render and only 4 boxes done.

EDIT: is there a way to speed up the rendering without too much decrease in quality, I'm almost 6 hours into it and about 3 boxes to go.

I can't get Blender 2.46 to work on my mac so I'm using 2.45 and V2, and it looks grainy. is that because of the wrong blender version or are my settings or something wrong? The render looks great otherwise.

EDIT: got 2.46 working, but it is really, really slow rendering. 30 mins into and I've only got about 2 boxes. is 3DS this slow?
